Your American Government Speaks.

They told the world that our lawful American Government was “missing, in interregnum, absent, presumed lost” — as confirmed repeatedly by Karen Hudes and reported by the American Native delegates at the United Nations.

That is a lie.

So, we render all three branches of the Federal Government incompetent.

The Delegated Powers under the 3 Constitutions — Constitution for the united States of America (1787), Constitution for the United States of American (1789) and the Constitution of the United States (1790) – reverts back to the Donor of those Powers by Operation of Law. That is Us, The Federation of States d.b.a. The United States of America, unincorporated (1776). As of October 9, 2018, all the Delegated Powers returned to The United States of America [Unincorporated]. We acknowledged and accepted the circumstance and the return of our Delegated Powers on June 6, 2018. Ninety-three days later, it became final and cured.

So, not only are we the only ones with the standing and the provenance and the claims in place to receive our assets back, our Holding Company is in receipt of all the “Powers” delegated to the Federal Government by the Constitutions.

We have the records, we have the provenance, we have the proof.

Our contracts with the federal United States subcontractors, the King of England and the Holy Roman Empire, are voided for fraud and criminal impersonation.

The Official Federal Seal belongs to Us. The Title IV Military Flag and the Civil Peacetime Flag both belong to Us. “The United States of America” tradename belongs to Us. Where you see these being used by “the” United States of America, a proxy government for the King of England; or by “the” United States, a proxy government for the Holy Roman Empire, these are corporations and their business franchises. Where the seal is stamped on any document, where the flag is raised atop of any building, and where the tradename is used in any politician’s speech – they are being pirated by rogue, criminal, foreign governmental services subcontractors.

When you are being told by any politician or government agency that you are a Citizen of the United States of America, you are being told that you are not an American. You are instead being pressganged into a British-Romano subject. Americans are born as Sovereign American State Nationals not as Citizens.

Your American Government is on a mission to empower every American to be a self-governing sovereign in their own right. We will rescue every American from the sea and air jurisdictions and bring them back home to the land and soil jurisdictions by placing their Declarations of Political Status on the public record. With full cooperation from our employees, the United States governmental service providers, by 2028, we can complete the transfer of power from their foreign control to Us, your lawful, republican American government. Any other presumptions will be deemed criminal intent.

We have a republican form of government — not a democracy, not a corporatocracy, not an oligarchy. It was declared so by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence in 1776 and secured by winning the American Revolution. Republican means self – governing in all jurisdictions of governance – the national land and soil jurisdictions, international land and sea jurisdictions, and the global air jurisdiction.

We have begun returning our American Soldiery back to our America government’s control, one soldier at a time, correcting their political status on the public record. We will cease these ravaging mercenary conflicts falsely promoted as “wars” that are merely “defending” the corporate interest of the United States corporations while impersonating us, your American Government. There has not been any real threat to America’s Freedom since we won the American Revolutionary War. The last American war we were involved in was the War of 1812. America has declared Peace on the Land since 2017 by our International Peace Proclamation and Grand Peace Treaty and raised our Civil Peace Flag and lowered Old Glory. We ended Abraham Lincoln’s criminally imposed Military Occupation under his Lieber Code on our soil that has lasted since the American Civil “War” which was truly a mercenary conflict and not a war at all. Any threats of “war,” including this current threat of World War III will be the same thing, not a war but a mere mercenary conflict for corporate profit. Your American Government is not involved in it. The rogue United States government subcontractors are behind it all.

The foreign citizenship obligations of the millions of Americans who have been misidentified as British Territorial U.S. Citizens or otherwise misidentified as Municipal citizens of the United States via constructive and self-interested fraud can be summarized as non-existent. We are Americans and are victims of 160 years of political genocide used as a pretext to gain access to our credit and the assets of our land and soil.

We are indeed transferring power from Washington, DC back to our American capitol in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As Americans correct their political status and reclaim their birthright, we intend to hold our Third Continental Congress and elect (not “vote”) America’s 16th ?? President of The United States of America, unincorporated, after 160 years of vacancy — since 1856.

As our foreign subcontractors, the United States of America, Incorporated and the United States, Incorporated, exit stage left after their 160 years of criminal impersonation and theft of our monetary wealth and physical assets, will their President of the United States/CEO or their Commander-in-Chief come clean with the Truth they have concealed from the public under the guise of National Security. If the United States government won’t, the American Government will.

• “Interregnum” – If the Federation have always been operational, how did this usurpation happen? How do we know it won’t happen again?
• War for Profit – Mercenaries are not protecting Freedom but ravaging the Planet.
• Legalized Propaganda – Institutions and Industries are used as propaganda machines to control the Public – public education, religion, science, news and social media, film and music industries (include censorship on the opposite side of spectrum as a form of propaganda)
• Government Corruption – United States Corporations rule the world via rampant, unchecked legal, criminal rackets acting in Breach of Contract and Breach of Trust.
• Chattel Slavery – Public Bonded slavery replaced private slavery through birth registrations and debt slavery. Human Trafficking (including US Government Galactic slave trade – Eisenhower, child sex trafficking)
• Disclosure of Extra Terrestrials – ET colonization seeded our Planet Earth and the Galaxy and are responsible for the civilizations of Planet Earth; the civilizing of Earth inhabitants; and Earth’s current predicament of corrupt government, (include Earth Alliance, Secret Space Programs Worldwide, Disclosure, Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Bible, Ancient artifacts, War in Heaven)
• Crime – All crime is commercial. Not under American Common law.
• Money Idolatry – We are the value. The Federal Reserve Note is blood money.
• Corporatocracy – Companies that promote crime including legal crime recycle after a bankruptcy and the same board members boot up a new company and commit the same crimes.
• Bioweapons – Deployed and funded by our Military with and without Public Private Partnerships – Transhumanism (MRNA injections – not a vaccine), Wide Body Area Network (WBAN); chemtrails, fluoridated water, 5G, nanomaterials, direct energy weapons – All attacks on life.
• Global Trust Funds –  D’Avila and St. Germain Trusts plus more – All government across the globe including the United States government have been paid to do their job so there is no need for taxes. So what are you taxing the people for? Prosperity Accounts for all Americans. Global Trade policy

As our foreign subcontractors, the United States of America, Incorporated and the United States, Incorporated, exit stage left after their 160 years of criminal impersonation and theft of our monetary wealth and physical assets, will their President of the United States/CEO or their Commander-in-Chief meet the demands of the public for the relief that they promised to us in their corporate policies and under their Constitutional agreements. If the United States government don’t, the American government will.

• Every application for government services will be a prepaid – zero sum payment transaction for them to receive that service. We have already paid for these services via Trust funds (water, sewer, electric bills, phone, etc.)
• Bank Loans (student loan, car loan, pay day loan?, home loans) – Every application for bank loans will be a prepaid – zero sum payment transaction for them to pay for these items. All current loans will be zeroed out as prepaid since your credit already paid for it.
• Property Taxes “supposedly” pays for local government services – They were already paid for by Trust funds. Discontinue Title System because our land belongs to us not the Crown and its Citizens can’t own land anyway. If the Crown want to tax his/her Citizen, it won’t be allowed via a Title system. Record your interest in the property with the Bill of Sale.
• Traffic issue – Every Secretary of State will start making Regulation Z plates. We will keep the driver’s proficiency exams services but we will not register cars only register commercial vehicles. Noncommercial car operators will be given Z plates. Prove your interest in the property with a Bill of Sale and prove that you can operate a car by passing the driving proficiency exam.
• Income tax issue – IRS/Courts – People who are jailed for income tax “whatever” gets pardoned by the Governor and released from prison and released from any liens on property since the IRS tax Amendment was never ratified by States. Cease taxing people’s compensations.
• MOCEE – Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption – All FRNS are backed by the good faith and credit of the American people. All of our bills get paid for as long as we have FRN’s and no money. Every bill gets paid to the company by Territorial/Municipal subcontractors when we identify ourselves to that company as American State National. Provide us with a bank routing number so we can provide them ourselves to these companies in lieu of our payment to get our bills paid. We are referring to those routing numbers that you use anyway right now.
• County Recorder office will accept and record our Declarations as they should. County Assemblies don’t need a recording office. They already have one that we paid for in the County Building with our Trust Funds. State Assembly will still need an LRO since there is no central LRO for a State and we are in a transition state and need to keep good records of our Nationals for their protection.
• No more birth registrations in hospitals. The parent will record births at their local County Recorder’s Office, in their Bible and/or in the local newspaper.
• Put “American” in your Databases under the category for “Citizenship” and have the system label us “Exempt” from payment of anything to receive governmental services.

In the words of former President of “the” United States of America and current Commander-in-Chief of the United States Military, Donald J. Trump, “these are just and reasonable demands for a righteous people and a righteous public.”

To the foreign United States subcontractors and it’s State franchises, let’s meet at the table with clean hands and diplomacy in the spirit of peace and reconciliation for the sake of the America people and the world. Let’s negotiate a peaceful transition of power from foreign control back to our rightful American government who has declared Peace on the Land and raised our Civil Peace Flag above Old Glory.

To the American public, there is no cause for more fighting and conflict — no World War and no Civil War; no protests and no riots. Haven’t we suffered enough from that!?
